Helping to Save the Bay

Nathan Drager works with CBF Keystone 10 Million Trees Partnership Manager Brenda Sieglitz to plant a tree on his farm in Marietta, Pennsylvania. The tree is one of 200 the partnership helped Drager plant Oct. 19 to protect a stream that runs into the Susquehanna River.

Thanks to everyone who came out to plant 200 more trees on October 19! These trees help to increase the riparian buffer zone between our cattle and the stream that flows through our property and out to the Susquehanna River. Check out this great coverage about Drager Farms’ efforts to plant ten million trees in Pennsylvania by 2025 with the help of the Keystone 10 Million Trees Partnership: https://www.cbf.org/blogs/save-the-bay/2019/10/bringing-the-farm-to-life.html
